You meet all sorts of interesting folks on the TTC. Last Sunday I was on the Queen E car to meet Mike to see the new Bond film. When I saw this dude in the picture.
I had to sneak a photo, because words couldn't explain him. His clothes were literally rags that were taped together with duct tape and plastic wrap.
