Subways...suck

I had to take the subway last night at rush hour. The subway was sardine-can-like. People wouldn't get out of my way as I tried to exit, I was standing right by the door too. It's as if TTC riders have forgotten common courtesy. Not to mention letting elderly people just stand there without a seat. Go to any other major city and you don't see that.

As I've talked about before, if you don't ride a bike, you really should give it a shot. Dare yourself to get to work one day without the use of car or public transit. I'm at the point that I now look forward to riding each day. One trip on the TTC reminded me why riding is SO much better.

I'm lucky because I can ride along a bike path most of the way to work, so I plug in my iPod and away I go. Dawn and Drew keep me entertained along the way, or what ever music I choose. It really is the better way!

Do any of your ride a bike to work? How to get there?
